How to Enter:

on Instagram. We also invite you to Like our Facebook page: Eating Expectantly.
2.
Post a photo
and description of your prepared original recipe that meets contest rules below,
on Twitter or Instagram. Twitter and Instagram must not be in “protected mode”
or sponsor won’t be able to view entry. Use

Contest Rules:
1.
Recipe must
be original, unpublished and not copyrighted.
2.
Contest is open
to those 21 years and older living in the United States, District of Columbia
and US territories. Void where prohibited.
3.
Categories:
Entrée, Sides (includes appetizers, side dishes, and drinks) and Desserts.
4.
One serving
must be at least ½ fruit and/or vegetable by volume. (For example, if a
prepared portion size is ½ cup, at least ¼ cup must be a fruit or vegetable.)
5.
Contestants
give permission for the recipe and recipe photo to be published on a future
EatRightMama.com blog and/or in the Eating Expectantly Cookbook.
Judging Criteria:
